We know a pest infestation in your home or yard is more than just a nuisance and an upheaval to your daily life. The fact is, pests such as mice, rats, flies, cockroaches and mosquitoes can transmit serious diseases that threaten the health and safety of your family and pets.
Other pests, such as stinging insects like wasps and bees, can deliver painful bites that can even spur a serious allergic reaction. Property damage is another risk, and pests like termites, gophers, and ants can be responsible for thousands of dollars’ worth of damage.
Here’s a look at our inspection checklist:
1 Pre-service inspection: This involves the creation of a custom plan for eradication of the pests you’re plagued with.
2. Eave and patio sweep: This includes removal of all cobwebs, wasp nests, and dirt daubers from patios and eaves up to 30 feet high.
3. Powder injection: This includes the flushing out of insects that are drawn to moist spaces, as well as injection of treatment into the wall voids through the weep holes.
4. Foundation treatment: This involves treating the foundation around your home, three feet up.
5. Yard treatment: This includes the treatment of mulch beds, grass, landscaping, shrubs and bases of trees.
6. Garage service: For rodent infestation, we treat, lay sticky traps, de-web, and monitor all rodent activity.
7. Ant mound elimination: This involves the use of safe products to treat ant mounds on your property.
8. Interior treatment: This involves treatment of the interior of your home as often as necessary, and at no additional charge.
* Please note: Rodent bait station or rodent exclusions, mosquito and snake treatments all cost extra. Please ask about cost during your inspection.
We are committed to keeping your family and property safe and healthy in all seasons through the use of environmentally-friendly pest control methods. These methods keep pests away while maintaining a healthy home environment.
